Company was very thorough. Rented winter clothes, and we were helped with sizing and use. Good service, and useful during the day as well. Facility was good and explanation of Aurora was good. Comfortable bus, and shelter at viewing site.

i have been at 3 times. it was very comportable to view the aurora. however, a little busy. especially, dining hall. servers are too busy. i was invisiable over 20mins.

Sep is not high season so the answer is no. However, good thing to book in advance allow you to plan your day better if you got other activities you wanna join
