We'd spent 2 hours on the Sunday morning.. it tells you about all the history of NWT. A lot of precious exhibits and what's more it's free!!!!! Unfortunately the cafe is closed on Sunday and we missed that.

modern structure, suitable for family with children. Lot of historic items and animals spicimen. Ten minutes walking distance from town. While you wake up late since spending all night for watching northern light, this is a good place.

Add my knowledge about Canada, not just the metropolitan way of life in the cities. A guided tour of the Legislative Assembly building furthered my knowledge about modern North Canada. Highly recommend to have lunch as well as teatime at the museum cafe.
