Join Newfoundland's award-winning boat tour Iceberg Quest as we depart from the heart of downtown St. John's. Walking distance from hotels and B&B's, our two hour fully narrated tour lets you experience Cape Spear, Cabot Tower, and Fort Amherst from the sea. Witness the world's largest concentration of humpback whales, watching as they thrust their massive 40 ton bodies into the air. Show times may vary! Steam through the passageway of 12,000 year old icebergs and view the elegant Atlantic Puffin. Both entertaining and educational, our narrated tour is fun for the whole family. Private charters and special packages available. Departing daily at 9:30am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm and 7:00pm, our tours offer traditional music, snacks and full bar service, and 'screech-ins'. We invite you to "Step aboard. Experience the WONDER!"

We took the Iceberg Quest tour in Twillingate and saw the most fantastic iceberg and a Minke whale. By keeping our ticket stub we got $5 off this tour. There were no icebergs but we saw puffins and one of the best whale displays you...More

We did the tour out of beautiful Twillingate. From the moment we got to the dock we were interacting with the very friendly crew, Dean and Paul. We met a lot of friendly people in Newfoundland but these two were really great fellas. They were...More

Iceberg Quest was a great tour to take while in Twillingate this past July. Twillingate is a lovely town to begin with and the iceberg capital of the world so, it is a must to take a boat tour to see them, and hopefully some...More

We took the tour out of Twillingate in early July. It takes a little drive to get there, but the cruise and scenery are more than worth it. The cruise was awesome as we got to see a lot of iceburgs, and the captain even...More

Super friendly crew made for a very special whale watching excursion! Saw tons of whales and very convenient leaving from downtown St. John`s. Have tried other whale watching tours out of St. John`s but they did not compare to Iceberg Quest.

Had a great tour. Saw a humpback, 3 Fin whales really close to the boat and an iceberg in the distance. Check it out!

Good trip around St. John's harbor. Wow the huge fishing boats. Saw several types of whale' s feeding in pods.including rare sightings of fin whales, which is I am told is unusual. Good crew. Fun to see the attractions of lighthouse and battery from the sea.

As part of our short time in St. John's we looked for a boat cruise to at least see the spectacular coastline from the water. If we saw wildlife, all the better. We lucked into a person at Tourist Info who suggested this one. Staff...More
