Join Newfoundland's award-winning boat tour Iceberg Quest as we depart from the heart of downtown St. John's. Walking distance from hotels and B&B's, our two hour fully narrated tour lets you experience Cape Spear, Cabot Tower, and Fort Amherst from the sea. Witness the world's largest concentration of humpback whales, watching as they thrust their massive 40 ton bodies into the air. Show times may vary! Steam through the passageway of 12,000 year old icebergs and view the elegant Atlantic Puffin. Both entertaining and educational, our narrated tour is fun for the whole family. Private charters and special packages available. Departing daily at 9:30am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm and 7:00pm, our tours offer traditional music, snacks and full bar service, and 'screech-ins'. We invite you to "Step aboard. Experience the WONDER!"

I had an amazing time on the Iceberg Quest on Saturday. We had a foggy, rainy day and made the absolute best of it. The captain was great and took us to see Quidi Vidi because the fog was too thick in Cape Spear. I'm...More

We didn't see any whales, puffins, or icebergs. I understand that there are things you can't control, but what bothered me is that this wasn't even addressed. The person on the microphone sharing the history of the coast, and the landmarks we passed, didn't seem...More

Came with two other friends for this tour. Was sorely disappointed with the tour. Tour guide was highly unenthusiastic throughout his commentary. Worse, the microphone and speaker was too soft and barely anything could be heard. Views were not that great, no icebergs or whales...More

Wonderful tour! Very informative, and well worth it even if you aren't lucky enough to see icebergs. Great views of the harbour, Blackhead, and Cape Spear. Definitely recommend!

We saw it all! Great tour, and very informative. It was lovely to see the whales "frolicking" about, however don't even attempt to get a clear photo of them... the sea is too rough, the whales only surface every now and then, so just enjoy...More
