We visited this park on Labor Day. We had wandered Water st. and Duckworth St. doing a bit of shopping. It was a nice park, clean with benches overlooking St. John's Harbour. The plaques were informative, but the serene views were the best reason to...More

A pleasant park in downtown with some cute dog sculptures and a great display on the history of the town and area. Pretty green space, nice in the middle of town.

This was a wonderful place on the water to put your feet up and eat lunch. I loved the statues of the Newfoundland dogs - we never saw ONE dog in our week-long visit. Beautiful location.

This is a nice little waterfront park, with a fantastic view of the harbor and beyond. I love the two sculptures of the Newfoundland dogs -- nice touch! When I went, it was pretty dreary weather; otherwise, I would have stayed a while and savored...More

Harbourside Park was only two streets down from where I was staying in St. John's. With such clear and sunny weather the day I took a walk down, I was able to get a really lovely view of St. John's Harbour, the Narrows and Cabot...More
