The son and I did the wilderness snowmobiling trip. O what fun. Well managed and they do many safety checks. Very informative of the trip also. It's about a 20 min ride there and back by there bus. Well recommended for an afternoon adventure. They take you up to unbelievable views.

I reserved snowmobiles for a family of eleven for 30 December 2016. We arrived around 4:15pm for a 4:30pm departure time. However, the lot of us (about 25 including my party) waited until at least 5:30pm before we departed the village. We were taken up the gondola to the cabin where the snowmobiles and riding gear are kept. After some... More

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I would love to connect further so my accountant can take a closer look into this refund. Over the holidays Whistler is extremely busy with the snow conditions on the roads sometimes delays can happen unfortunately. In terms of your 4:30 Blackcomb Mountain Safari the delay was due to heavy traffic. During the day... More

What a blast! We had Sam as our tour guide and Gabby as our Bus driver and demonstrator, both terrific, on the trail Sam allowed for all skill levels and took us to the top of the mountain for amazing views. On the way back we shuffled to order a bit and increased the pace, what a blast coming down... More

Greta ride in a nice warm snow-cat up to an entertaining Fondue supper in the Crystal mountain lodge on Blackcomb mountain. Good food and drink with entertainment laid on. Helpful friendly staff on the 'cat and at the lodge made an excellent night out with great views over the valley and village

Where should I start? I booked the dog sled activity for April 11th. The booking was made through Whistler.com, 1 sled for two people (me and my brother). The awaited day is finally here, but one hour before the appointed we received a call telling us our booking was canceled, there was no space. The blame was put on the... More

Hello Alex, Thank you for your feedback and I do understand your frustration and disappointment. It was actually myself and Sabrina who were down at the desk that day and I was the one who was trying to orchestrate another alternative for you and your brother. In regards to your first booking you booked online through a third party website,... More

We had a great time on the Fondue dinner via snowcat. The driver was entertaining, the entertainment was entertaining! The food was great, enough to fill us up for sure.

My wife and I had a great time on the snowmobile scenic tour. It was well organised and satisfying, lasting around 3 hours in total. Our guide Dalton was excellent, and explained very clearly how to drive the snowmobile properly. Thoroughly recommend - It's worth doing for the views alone!

What an amazing experience. Our ride was arranged in the evening after the mountain was shutdown for the night. We were briefed by Brock then he lead us to the sleds. Everything was conducted safely as we practiced braking, accelerating and turning. After this was complete we made our way up the mountain and what a blast it was. The... More
