My kids (ages 8 and 10) and I visited here the other day. I wasn't sure about it when we first stepped in because it's quite small - two rooms make up the zoo - but there was a lady inside giving "tours" of each exhibit in the place and we each were able to have a chance to touch... More

We visited the Bug Zoo yesterday as a family (4 adults and two small children). We were given a warm welcome and were immediately able to join a tour which are ongoing throughout the day. The staff at the zoo are knowledgeable, engaging and keen to help everyone enjoy their visit. Visitors can hold many of the bugs on show... More

Really neat experience, amazing to get to be up close an personal with all sorts of creepy crawlies! (Yes, including a tarantula!) Our guide (David) was super knowledgeable and made it a very interactive experience. Recommend for anyone looking for something unique to do.

The Bug zoo is a good place to spend a hour with your family or students. Quite often they have knowledgeable staff who are teaching guests about the bugs in the zoo.

We visited the Victoria bug zoo today and it was an absolute blast! Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgable. The best part for us was my daughter was so intrigued she held every bug she was aloud, and she's only 2. We're going back tomorrow for sure.

This is one of the handful of tourist attractions (traps) in Victoria but my kids absolutely loved it.

This spot is educational and neat - showcases many insects and creepy crawlies. Some of them you can hold, if you're brave enough.
