This park is very close to the Inner Harbour, but we just discovered it. A few blocks behind the Royal BC Museum, it has many trails, momuments, attractions, and views. Connects to the Harbor Pathway for a lovely walk and views.

Lots of outside areas. Little to no traffic. Pretty gardens and ducks. Park for kids and ice cream store within walking distance from park. We come every summer.

We love this park, as it is easy way to take a nice stroll anytime of the year! This was the first time that we came accross the "Moss Lady" located on a pathway just behind the bandstand. The ponds are a great site to see & take in, while sitting on a bench. Vehicle parking is free!

How wonderful it is to feel the grass under your feet and see magnificent trees touching the sky. Landscaped in a style reminiscent of the great parks of England, gardens, lawns and trees are displayed at their best. I found it very pleasant to wander the paths discovereing shady bowers and lakes abundant with wildlife. A road traverses the park... More

I only had a little bit of daylight in Victoria after working all day, and I decided to take a walk through the park. What a beautiful combination of formal/manicured and informal/wild. My favourite part was the huge piles of rocks to clamber over near the north end, covered in soft moss when I visited. Hot tip: follow the signs... More

This park has many trails to walk or run. It also has a kids section and has some nice ponds that are picture perfect. they were de-constructing a building why we were there but they are replacing it with a first nations long house

When you are feeling down go through the Beacon Hill Park. Throughout the year is the BEACON OF LIGHT, just like swimming with Dolphins or cat's purring it will boost your immune system. It saved me so many times. I say: thank you to the trees, the flowers, the fountains, the animals. I love you very much.

This centrally located park is worth a visit. We enjoyed a bit of history, the duck pond, the wandering peacocks, a few gardens, a great lookout. Easy walking distance from downtown
