Maple tree Square is a lovely part of Gastown. We were very lucky that our apartment overlooked the square. Didn’t realise it was a tourist attraction though...

This is the city square where everyone comes down to see if the can find the Gassy Jack Statue. Also a great location to find some of the local bars & restaurants.

Located in the heard of Gastown,this square is famous for its history and attractions. It has changed dramatically over the past 20 years. It is surrounded with local shops (of local artists), as well as souvenirs, food and coffee shops, all within a residential area.

In the past we came here many times a year, however not in the past 25 years. Lot's of the stores have changed, this palce has aged with time, however it's still part of Gastown & work the visit!
