A lot of locals know that this is the nude beach. The people who hang out there are all polite and friendly. There are a LOT of stairs going down to this beach so it keeps out the riff raff for the most part.

Wreck Beach is a popular clothing-optional beach. You can access to this beach with trails and it has about 500 stairs, so don't forget to bring water.

Wreck Beach is clothing optional! We've been here a few times, and each time there are plenty of nude people. Keep your cameras to yourselves! There's a paid parking lot a short walk from the "entrance" of the beach (top of the stairs). Be prepared...More

I spent 5 awesome days in Vancouver and my favorite relaxing spot was there. Optional clothes, great sun exposure, plenty massive log poles all around dividing the beach in little villages or party spots. Waves are little, sand is fine, the water is (too) cold...More
