As a craft beer aficionado, we were spending the day on Granville Island, so had to stop in for a couple of refreshments. While they were one of BC's first craft/micro-breweries, they are now owned by Molson/Coors, with most product made elsewhere. However, they still make some brews on site. The tasting room is small and rather spartan. On entry... More

Waited outside for opening on Sunday April 16th. Asked to sit at window table , waitress said no and put us in the back. 30 seconds later another couple was put there, when there was still and empty table. Was planning on spending 80 bucks there like last time. You have lost a lifetime customer due to this.

Located in Granville Island public market area- nice place to stop and get a beer tasting in. Small location with few seats, so not ideal for large groups or families with young children. Enjoyed the poutine!

great selection of local beers either by the pint, or 4 beer flights for sampling. Excellent table service so you don't even have to get up and go to the bar! We had a loaded putine with pulled pork too which was fantastic ... great way to spend a cold & rainy afternoon

Quite a variety. The flight of 10 beers is definitely the way to go. The winter beer is fantastic. The german lager was my second favorite.

Granville Island Brewing is a must do for any beer lover visiting Vancouver. You can try up to ten different local beers, most of them are brewed by the Granville Island Brewing Company, some of the beers are average like IPA's and Pale Ales others have twists like being infused with banana or toffee. The food is also fantastic at... More

What better place for a brewery than a popular tourist attraction! We had a sample of 4 beers before settling on the maple and lions ale! Absolutely delicious beer! No televisions to enjoy sports so it's all conversations! Excellent servers and highly recommend to any beer aficionado!

We visited Granville Island Brewing Company for lunch on a busy Sunday. Tables are long and shared with others. It was a happy and loud place. There are tours available for those inclined. We started with a taster round ($7) and settled for a sleeve of Honey Lager (5.50) which was enjoyed. We also ordered the taco appetizer which included... More

Saw this when planning our holiday in Vancouver. Had to go there when at the island. It was the only decent place I found on the island. They had a great bar and eatery area. I tried some taster size glasses of beer and loved the maple cream beer. Would love to have the boys there for a Friday session... More

Went here with some friends to check out Granville. The market was good and visiting the Brewery for a beer tasting experience made it fantastic. Try put their porter - it's marvellous!

One of the favoured neighbourhoods for a day out, Granville Island's packed theatres and art studios, hobby shops and book stores, restaurants and bars, all offer a plethora of activities and entertainment options, leaving no one bored. The highlight of the area is the Fisherman's Wharf, where the seagulls overhead and the smell of the sea invigorate its many visitors, some of who are there to shop the fresh wares at the public market, and others of whom have arrived to take in the eclectic atmosphere.
