Photowalks are the best way to see our beautiful city, learn and practice the basics of photography, and get out of the automatic setting on your camera! In two hours, we cover exposure, ISO, shutter speed, aperture, composition and basic portraiture. You are guaranteed to have a ton of FUN! Lead by a professional photographer, you are given tools, and an opportunity to explore a scenic area (Stanley Park, Canada Place, Chinatown, Gastown, Strathcona and Granville Island) with your camera, and given small learning objectives. Introductory classes are offered during the day, and more intermediate low-light classes in the evening.

I was the only person on the tour with the guide, Ricardo. He was super helpful, answered every question, explained everything in easy to understand terms. As a very amateur photographer, I learnt so much from him. I highly recommend doing this tour!

It's very lucky to be the only person on the tour...but it makes for an amazing private lesson! Thanks for the recommendations. We'd love to know what the best thing you learned is!

Thanks for your review! The holy grail of photography instructors is ensuring that people who are experienced and people less experienced all get something from the class or tour! I'm so glad you enjoyed this photography experience and are recommending us. Many thanks! Suzanne
