Horrible service! Do NOT use Greyhound. We landed from San Francisco at 6pm, everything planned. We were supposed to catch the bus at 8pm and sleep at Whistler; and yet, Greyhound cancelled the bus at 8pm and we ended up paying 230$ for a taxi...More

We did not purchase business class, so maybe that experience is different. We purchased tickets online several months before the trip from Vancouver to Seattle and arrived early. There were about 10 people in line ahead of us. By the time the train boarded, there...More

Station is internally connected to nice shopping mall and surrounded by happening streets in downtown. Station is old and clean.

The Pacific Central station is probably the cleanest one I have ever used, staff were friendly and helpful. The station was easy to use, very smooth floors so hauling heavy cases was no problem. Quiet.

Nice old station restored reasonably well, with fast food (A&W), sushi, convenience store, coffee stand -- and if you need a car, Hertz. Amtrak Cascades, BoltBus, ViaRail, Trailways, all leave from here. Most importantly, they keep the bathrooms amazingly clean for a bus/train terminal.

In the departure lounge, well outside waiting to be boarded, departure at 20:20, with sparking wine and canopies once we get rolling, more to follow as Jasper is just the first destination.. 🤗

Flew in to Canada so had completed Canada immigration paperwork. I understood that I didn't have to do anything other than fill in the customs declaration form when travelling g from Vancouver into the USA. I was wrong! I still needed to fill out the...More
