I have used this service many times from fairview slopes to Granville island or from either of those points over to Urban Fare in Yaletown. Apparently the water of false creek is dirty though so don't dip fingers in.....

Had a lazy Sunday afternoon with a light lunch, and appies and drinks in 3 different locations on the island. We opted to end the afternoon with an Aquabus ride from Granville Island around the inner harbor. It was wonderful. A roughly 40 minute ride...More

This is a great way to bounce around the False Creek area. You can hop on and off to visit sites, restaurants or shopping. It is a nice way to stay out of the crazy traffic and see some of downtown for a different perspective.

We only made a short trip to visit Granville island and would repeat the 5 minute experience. These are only rowing boat sized however and not for the hesitant of step. If you are old - like me - and have to take care stepping...More

We took the aquabus to get from Granville Island to Science World. It was great seeing the bridges and buildings while aboard this vessel.

Hi Ellen. Thanks for your review of the Aquabus. We will be staying at 111 Robson Street, downtown Vancouver in 4 weeks and would like to go to Grandville Island for supper at the the Sandbar. Do you know how late the Aquabus runs and what age qualifies for a senior? Our group is 56, 56, 56 and 58. Do you need to purchase tickets ahead? Thanks for your help, Deb
