This place made my husband want to pick up and move to Vancouver! We happened to have gorgeous weather, too, which helped, but the beach was clean, quiet, and everyone was very nice.

Open space and lots going on....when we were there a naked cycling event....the cactus club restaurant is very good....the ferry across the river easy to get to and fun to go on to Granville island.

languid lines of beachfront. English Bay and Sunset
Beach invite swimmers, strollers, and picnic-lovers to
take in dusk settling over the water, or to jog along
