We are located on the beautiful Naramata Bench in the heart of the Okanangan Valley. At LA FRENZ, we believe the quality in the bottle begins in the vineyard. Cutting edge and meticulous vineyard practices are used in combination with varieties tailored to the unique soils and micro climates of our vineyard sites to produce the vibrant and intense grape characters found only in the Okanagan Valley. The potential of the resulting fruit, using experience and careful stewardship throughout the vinification process, is maintained and enhanced to create exceptional wines that truly reflect the grape variety and vineyard site. We welcome you to our unique wine shop overlooking Lake Okanagan. This spectacular view was featured on the $100 banknote from 1954 to 1975. From April through October, we are open daily, 10am to 5pm for tastings and purchases. Join us on our patio for a seated tasting experience or sample at the tasting bar. Seating is limited so reservations are encouraged. We do require advance reservations for groups of 8 or more.

Greatly enjoyed reconnecting with La Frenz in October. Had been a few years since last stopped here. Had to stop and see if you were still making that amazing sweet port style wine. Had opened my last bottle in September. While we were tasting your...More

Great to visit in October and late in the day, as we effectively had a private tasting. Out host was well informed and friendly. We tasted wine from here while in Field (pinot noir) so we're delighted to have the opportunity to taste other wines...More

One of the nice things about visiting the winery is learning more about the wine, the makers and the history of the place. We barely learned any of that during the "tasting", a liquor store tasting would have been just as informative. We were a...More

Just 200 meters off the Naramata Rd. You'll find a little delight. La Frenz winery was a pleasure. The staff was most helpful, really knew her stuff. Loved the 2014 Malbec. For a few dollars more you can have the reserve tasting out on the...More

Owner Jeff Martin has well over forty grape harvests under his belt as well as a degree in enology. His understanding of growing high quality fruit in the sometimes challenging Okanagan region is second to none. The wines are rich and always ripe, no green...More

One of the friendliest wineries we visited. Product well known to us but of course did not disappoint - rightfully proud of their product.
