Fascinating selection of ciders for tasting some of which are only brewed in small batches so only available at the brewery itself. While I am sure all the tasting staff are good, we were lucky enuff to be served by Amanda. She is a star in every way and I am stickler for outstanding service as many readers know! 3 of their ciders are generally available in BC each rather different from the other.
The tasting & market in downtown Kelowna are part of the brewery which can be very cold! So take a heavy coat or jacket to keep warm and to enjoy Amanda's insights into the beverages of your choice. Cheers.

Walking distance from the main street of Kelowna you can check out the tasting room for the BC Tree Fruits Cider Company. They have 3 standard ciders and then a bunch more that their brewers have come up with. You can try four for $5 and the refund that if you buy some cider. I had some of the brewer's choices and they were all pretty good - my fave was the chai tea inspired cider - very tasty! There is also a brewhouse pretty close by and a store selling fresh apples next store.

Enjoyed seeing a bit of the production facility, sampling 8 ciders & visiting the fruit store next door. Most ciders were quite sweet-fave was the Rose and Thai-basil.

We purchased a glass bottle with the company logo for !8.00 plus tax in order to purchase the cider of our choice. It was a total surprise when we wanted to return the bottle (we live outside Canada) to learn there is no refund on a re-useble container. If we had been informed of this, we would not bought the glass container. and product. Not environmentally friendly, nor upfront about its marketing. Very disappointing. Not to be repeated.

I looked up cider places for my husband. This place was great. It is $5 for tasting - 4 samples (waived with purchase). We did it together so we did all 7 +1 a second taste. The young lady who served us was super nice. The special ones on tap were so good, but since you have to buy a growler and then fill it, it wasn’t worth it for us as tourists. We did buy 4 cans of the Apple.

Really good cider. Tasting was great and free if you purchase some cans or bottles. No tour involved just the tasting at a bar and a small selection of merchandise on sale.

I walked in and was surprised at how small the tasting area was but was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and knowledgable the staff were. Prices were fair and I could not resist buying a four pack to take home to Toronto with me. $5 tasting fee is waived with purchase which is cool. I would recommend this tasting room to anyone interested in trying a cider made with Okanogan apples!

Very friendly and neat cider tasting bar.
3 ciders plus one rotating flavor.
This place is right beside the BC Tree Fruits market so bring your growler or pick up a four pack of cans. Load up on apples and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
$5.00 tasting fee is waved if you make a purchase.

I went to the tasting room which was great. We were able to sample four different ciders and ended up loving all of them! It's a fairly small tasting room but it was perfect. There is a fresh food market attached which had great (reasonably priced) local produce as well.
The ciders have no added sugar or water which was great as you could really taste the different fruits in the cider. It was a very enjoyable experience and ended up walking away with a few different ciders and fresh fruit!

BC Tree Fruits is relatively new so the tasting room and cidery are small but the cider is amazing! The staff are really friendly and informative too which adds to the enjoyable experience.
