This is a beautiful park- there is a walking path right along the lake with nice, tall trees. In the summer, there is an inflatable water park for kids, and the beach is quite busy. There is also a playground and spray park towards the middle of the park, as well as tennis and basketball courts, so there are certainly... More

The park is so well maintained and is a fun spot to hang out with the family. There are a lot of activities for the kiddlets as well! :)

This is a long time favourite ... since 2002. When we return to the city we always retrace our walks through the park. It is well maintained, used by many and is the site of a number of Special Events. The vendors during the summer add an interesting touch while the playground and waterpark have delighted my grandchildren over the... More

The Kelowna City Park is a great place to get out for some fresh air and exercise with beautiful scenery all around. We walked around for a couple of hours and explored what it has to offer. Nice wide pathways, clean, grassy areas, birds, serene and good to have a picnic or to relax in nature by the water.

Whether it is just a walk along the lake or a Rib Fest Celebration there is something for everyone at City Park. Lawn Bowling, Kids Water Park, Skateboard Park, or just the Beach, it is a must place to enjoy Kelowna.

I have been in city park several times over the years. It is always clean and kept up. Occasionally there are vendors in the park which are fun to browse. I always enjoy my walks thru as there is usually a game of something going on within the park. A nice walking spot.

Nice views of the lake, lots of grassy areas and clean restrooms make this park a pleasant place to spend an hour or so. Kayak rentals available.

Anyone who has any real class or self respect should be forwarned that this area..and most of the once very friendly town Kelowna has become rampant with drugs..and hores and villains of all social economic statures. From the authorities within the city such as rcmp and judicial. To the heavy traffic of angry Albertins or Vancouverites and surrounding coastal ares.... More

I have shown 2 stars as this park is used a fair bit by homeless persons at night, and I was not going to use it in the dark, but in the daytime it is a nice space with a tennis court and a bowling green and it is well used by a range of people.
