The park around Hicks Lake and also the forest roads emanating from the park are interesting, but not spectacular or anything of that sort. We canoed on the Lake after driving up from HHS. There is a camp ground that is reasonable, and I (as a US resident) was impressed with the large size and skill of all the tarps... More

I loved this camp ground. Fun short hiking trail, some decent double track biking. The lake itself was stunning and like glass in the morning, perfect for paddling. We pitched two large tents on one lot, with 2 vans parked and it was adequate space. Lots of play areas for the kids The staff driving around were very friendly and... More

Lakeside campground at Deer Lake was the best of the three to choose from if you like bushy, well treed, partial sun sites. The lake itself was quite grungy and shallow when we were there, but had a picturesque mountain sunrise behind it each morning. Pit toilets, water tap. Trail around the lake. The Bench campground was quite dark and... More

Sasquatch Camping area was nice and quite and it is close to the 3 lake, Deer lake, Hicks lake and Horizon lake. The kids did enjoy the scavengers hunt that was introduce by the park Ranger even though some of the kids did not finish there work still they give them there B.C park Pins. If you want have a... Saskquatch park has been my favorite area to camp since i was a young child. I love the staff that work there and the people who camp there. Not a partying atmosphere.

We camped at hicks lake for 3 days earlier this summer and it was awesome! The campsites are clean and well maintained. The lake is beautiful! We loved spending time on the lake in our floats. The campsite is generally pretty close to harrison hot springs which is quite convenient. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys beautiful scenery... More

Open all year, we go there in the last 35 years. Deer lake smaller but always warmer area, playground for kids. You can have nice times early March until late October, always fun and relaxing. Few walking trails, hot summer watch for swimmers itch.

We were Staying in Harrison but spent part of a day exploring in Sasquatch Provincial Park. Gorgeous interior was dampened by the fact that the trails were closed for maintenance because May must be a time for that, so be forewarned. The campgrounds look extremely enticing. Afterward we went to the beach on Harrison Lake near the entrance of Sasquatch... More
