A good place to take the kids for a couple of hours. Not a huge place but convenient to Fort Whoop-Up and the Bridge.

I took my two grandsons there a couple weeks ago. It was not busy at all. There was not much in the way of information imparted by the hosts--they were busy chatting behind the desk. A pity.. the boys were very interested.

The walk along the grounds and the centre are very pleasant on a nice, not so windy southern Alberta day. Don't see this on a cold, very windy day.

A top class facility for kids and adults alike to learn about flora and fauna of the Oldman River and its surroundings from friendly volunteers. There are self guided nature trails and programmes for kids - most are free.
