This is a very nice hotel. Being in the West Edmonton Mall offers tons of activities and opportunities. The theme rooms are amazing, but the regular rooms are very nice as well.

We went here for a weekend with friends, very nice rooms, nice theme rooms with nice big Jacuzzi tubs to spend some time with your special one. Excellent place to stay if you want to spend time in the mall, shopping, water park, we went to Jubilation Dinner theater, went for a massage...and more...

It costs so much money for a family I don't know how people do it when they have two or more kids. The cost of the food and beverages were terrible and not very nice with long line ups its just not my favourite place at all - the kids obviously like it and if you're ok with noisy busy... More

Loved everything about the room, wanted to stay at the luxury theme but all were sold out during the spring break. I still loved my room, comfy bed and all. The only thing is that the shampoo and conditioner are in such a small thumb length bottle and only one each are in the bathroom - we were 3 people... More

What more can I say. Cram a ton of different people into a pool. Very unhygenic. Crowded. Expensive. Poor parking. Lota of walking for small kids. Save your money and go to a smaller pool.

We had a great time at the West Edmonton Mall. Staying at the Fantasyland Hotel makes it really easy to go and do your own thing. Both teenages had a blast at the waterpark and we all shopping for hours.

The waterpark, amusement park, miniature golf, pirate ship, indoor ice rink, restraunts/food fair, Oriental grocery, tons of shopping provide you with no shortage of things to do. Will be expensive depending on how many kids you have, but generally found everything to be reasonable. The indoor watermark is a nice tropical escape even for adults with warm turquoise water and... Love this place so much! It is crazy expensive especially if you have more than one kid; however, it is worth it! Lots to do and generally quite fun, great for different weathers and keeps you hidden from unpredictable Edmonton weather.
