When perusing Stephen's Avenue, this is another stop that you can make. It is very popular with tourists and you often see people taking photos of it. Located in front of Banker's Hall it is also the entrance to downtown shopping and the Devonian Gardens.

These sculptures are certainly impressive, located, as they are, at the end of the pleasant pedestrian-friendly Stephen Avenue (8th avenue south). Worth a visit.

We were staying downtown for a couple of nights, and I began to notice how often you can catch a glimpse of these from within the downtown core. They are beautiful from any distance! Even from the Calgary Tower!

These ten metal trees were installed to deflect the wind gusts in the area. These sculptures have had audio for music and lighting for visual effect added to them which increases the enjoyment.
