I think HP is one of the best things about living in Calgary. We often just pop by for a couple hours and this place whisks you out of the city in minutes. It's always relaxing, well run and the kids love this place.

I went with my friend and her three year old son. All of us had a blast! It was very interactive while being very educational. The steam engine train was great; we rode it multiple times. The admission price is well worth the experience.

Once you go through the gates its like going back 100 plus years to the old west. Truly an experience with working a steam engine train, and a paddlewheel boat. Very Nostalgic and a must to see if you visit Calgary.
