Great for biking, walks, picnics or playing by the creek. Part prairie landscape and part gentle hills and trees.

This is a huge natural park. It takes hours to get from one end to the other stopping along the way to watch birds and animals. Chickadees will eat out of your hand. Coffee at the east end will be your reward.

Where is the best point of entry for exploring the park with a four year old and a one year old? My four year old isn't a strong walker ie. Not much stamina to walk long. Are there any playgrounds here?
