We enjoyed are stay at the Douglas Fir Resort. Our cabin, however, was properly prepared. We booked a 3 bedroom chalet for 6 people. The cabin did not have enough cutlery, nor seats. On the positive, the staff were very quick to rectify this. The...More

The waterpark offers 2 water sides, kiddie pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The water slides are fun and the line ups never seem to get too long. Both hot tubs are nice and big. The water slide exit can be monitored from the...More

Our lodge was perfect for our stay, bedding, towels spotlessly clean as was the living accommodation. Took breakfast option which was ample to see us through our stay. Enjoyed sitting in front of log fire with nightcap. On site facilities good. Shuttle bus service available...More

Quality of furnishings, electrical & staff has sadly declined since previous visits. We will return to Rockies however never to stay with Douglas Fir Resort again.

We stayed at the resort, so entrance fees were included. Otherwise the fees are a little steep for me. Kids loved the water slides but complained that the water was icy! The other resort pools were much warmer. A great inclusion to our hotel stay...More
