The journey from Dong Van to Lung Cu goes through stunning scenery & would be worth doing even without the flagpole. However, the flagpole is impressive & the views from the top, which include the Chinese border are well worth the cost & the climb.

We got there eventually. They were working on the roads and getting through with the car took some time. It's a real destination for the Vietnamese. For us it wasn't worth the time.

Alone the drive through the beautiful area to the flag tower is worth the visit! From the tower you can see very far and admire mountains and rice fields! During the week you can drive to the foot of the tower, on the weekend you...More

The tower itself is not much to write home about but the views are amazing. The road to the tower has now mostly been finished and it is a nice ride. Avoid public holidays as the place is heaving on those days. Easy side trip...More

I have been here so many times but I never get bored, great view to China from the top of tower, this is the Northernmost point of Vietnam so this place one of the most attractive for the tourist when they visit Ha Giang

It's really far when I was born in Saigon but coming here and walking each stair by myself, felt proud of my country and myself cause it's the top of the North in Vietnam. Great view when you reach the top

The road condition to Lung Cu Flag Tower is very bad, should ride more carefully. Other than rough patches, this particular stretch has poor visibility due to the foggy weather.

The lung cu flag tower is an incredible spot with a great legend behind the landscape in which it's situated. There's a lot of steps but if you motorbike there it's a good way to stretch your legs. It costs 20k to enter which is...More

It’s great destination. You can see the whole of beautiful and spectacular landscape. But the road go to Lung cu flag tower is very dangerous. I feel so scared when arrived here :))

When I went the roads were terrible and it totally wasn't worth it. With a solid road it adds to your Ha Giang loop and has some decent homestays around it. Good view of China as well.

There is a road what lead you to the middle section. We did not know it so we’ve done an extra 200 stairs. :) The view is really nice I think it’s worth the effort. Recommend
