Beautiful experience at Vidanta. Experience the lush and tranquil ambience of PV at the grand Luxxe. The staffs are super attentive and very friendly. You will immediately feel welcome as you enter the resort from beginning to end.

One of the nicest beaches I have ever been to. The beach extended in both directions for as far as you could see. All soft sand, very clean. Big waves, clean water. There were thunder showers most evenings which were fun to watch from our...More

While the sand is more of a buff color, and the water is not crystal blue, the resort works very hard to keep the beach clean. There are great cabanas if you want to relax. You will see the most beautiful sunsets!

Since I'm biased towards clear blue water and crystal white beaches...uh...this one does not rate highly at all for me. Muddy Pacific water, beige beaches, not much scenery to look at...thumbs down. However, the hotel we stayed at was beyond excellent! We stayed at the...More

Large beach but the water can get very choppy. Waves were large and got us good! It was a bit of a wk from our tower but was a pretty good beach over all.

WE had lots of fun jumping through the waves in this warm water during the day. The sunsets are stunning and watching the lightening on the ocean during a storm is a special treat. Someone said at night you can see turtles laying eggs but...More

Coarse and soft sand beach. Great for walking and running. Lots of people walking in the morning. We were not plagued by vendors when sitting on the beach or walking. The tidal range is not great but there were waves up to 1 metre. Safe...More

I've walked at night with friends and never felt unsafe. That said we have been advised by locals not to walk at night and to take cabs which are safer.
