A lot of souvenir shops. And a few bars and restaurants. Located right next to a beautiful ocean view. Great place to take pictures.

The malecon is always good times. There are many bars to suit many different tastes. There are plenty of restaurants. Fishmongers are offering the freshest seafood, including shrimp the size of Twinkie. Above all else, the people watching is a blast.

Leave your credit cards in your wallet and pay in pesos. Found the prices great and the seafood even better. Locals are very friendly and fair if you treat them as you would like to be treated.

The bloody mary is delicious and you get a full breakfast with it. Order another $5 bloody mary and get another free breakfast, but you won't be able to finish the second meal.

Crazy busy. Impossible to park close. Lots of small shops with everything except the one thing I was looking for. Excellent people watching

Had a nice walk with our children. Everyone enjoyed looking at the arts and crafts, people dancing, shopping, eating and what not. You definitely get to experience the culture here. A must in my opinion

We walked from our hotel to the old port, our choice. Lots of shops, gifts and restaurants. A lot of Mexican paddlers selling all kinds of things. Beautiful views of the water and was just great to sit and enjoy them. We chose not to be there during evening hours as we are not evening party individuals. Many great restaurants... More

We were here in January so no crowds of tourists, easy parking, shop owners were willing to bargain and you could find a spot to sit and watch for dolphins/whales at any of the bars. We ate at 3 different spots and all were great!
