Very pretty natural resource in the middle of the city. Beautifully adorned for the Christmas season with thousands of lights, a digital singing Christmas tree in the middle of the lake that changes images to Christmas music. Santa's Train gives you a ride around the park for 20 pesos, pretty enjoyable. The have a Human sized nativity with animals and... More

This place was amazing, hundreds of eucalyptus trees your lungs feel cleansed after walking around there, lots of great little attractions, they had a huge birth scene of Jesus, they have areas with workout machines, a lot of wading pools and an olympic pool (which are seasonal), a lot of walking, running and biking trails, lots of food vendors it... I used to take my daughter here when I lived in Durango. This is the best park there. You can feed the ducks, walk around, there are swings, slides and monkey bars for the kids and there is a small train, I mean small, with cars attached to take the children and adults for a ride around the pond. Lot's... More

This park is absolutely beautiful! We went there for a couple of hours on our way out of town. It is a place where you can relax in the midst of the BIG CITY. There are gardens to see, a lake, a train to ride around the park, a reproduction of the Baluarte Bridge, swimming pool, amusements, picnic areas, even... More

We went on Sunday, which is family day in Mexico (every Sunday). There was activity everywhere. If you like to walk or jog, it's the perfect place to do it.

This is the city's main park and I had not visited this area of the city. I was amazed with its cleanliness, its flowers and a clock imbedded in a garden made out of flowers and grass. It was about 9pm and there were no police nor any negative things to speak of. Very nice.

I was born in Durango, so I went there very often. The last time that I went was this summer. There is a cute little train that goes through the whole park. El Parque Guadiana is HUGE! There are little miniature parks everywhere. There are also food stands everywhere. If you are an active person, you are able to hike... More
