Went in Ist week of Oct. Not crowded due to limited tourists. There is a car parking available before the bridge on kosi. Several shops selling knick knacks and Pooja items. Please check the Pooja items bought as we got cheated with spoilt dry Coconut and Prasad items. After crossing the bridge the temple is on the right side. Steep steps to the top with only Godess statute on top.
Post Darshan we went to kosi river with kids to spend some time. People have made it dirty with used clothes, plastic, paper etc but can spend some time.

The temple is located near the Corbett national park on the way to the Dhikhala zone and museum. From the main road there is a diversion. A board on the road gives indication. Free parking is available near the temple. Schedule your visit in the morning to avoid rush. By the time it is closer to noon the area becomes crowded. Walk from the parking and cross a bridge across the cozy river and you are at the temple. Beautiful location, go prepared to spend a few hours here.

This Temple is one of the holiest places in Kumaon region of Uttrakhand. It is around 14 km from Ramnagar and comes under the visinity of Corbett National park. It's built on a small mountain on kosi river. Thousands of visitors visit this temple to pay homage. One can get direct convence from Ramnagar to this temple. In all if you visit Corbett National park then this place is must to go.

If you remember the temple of Temple tiger book of Jim Corbett , then that's it. Situated in a small hillock inside the river , it's a visual treat as good as the spiritual one.. It has been the area of a man-eater in recent times at Corbett , so do not venture out alone on hiking through the jungle.

Garjia temple is located very near to the Dhikala zone entry gate. It's just above the Kosi river. The river bed is covered up with golden sand and the crytal clear water is sooting to the eyes. You've to walk a bit long to visit the vairav temple from there.

This is a small temple after climbing up & down more than 50 stairs. I was staying at Manu Maharani...the temple is around 8 kms from that resort. On the way, there is a multicuisine restaurant, it serves some really yum food & chai.
At the time of our visit, the river was not at its peak with water. The stretch leading to the stairs was almost dry. However, the priest there told that the water reaches half of the staircase during monsoon, so plan your visit well.
It was just little tiring, however, once we reached the small temple, we felt very rejuvenated & spiritual. That are the vibes you get there.
Also, you can enjoy a dip in Kosi river. Keep in mind to spare some time & some energy for a visit to this temple :)
