The place looks a bit dated. Also its a bit overpriced if there aint any offer. Also limited arcade gaming options.

The price of all the games was very expensive. The card policy was not customer friendly. One had to pay 25₹ extra if we are using the card. Rest was nice. I enjoyed the experience. I will visit again.

Smaaash has recently opened on 2nd floor of Seawoods Grand Central Mall.
They don't have the Go Carting,Trampoline, eating joints etc which are there at the Lower Parel outlet.
Charges vary on weekdays,rates on weekends (including fridays ,public holidays) are more expensive.
They have recharge offers for INR 1100,INR 3500 and INR 5500.
I went there with my son on Saturday,ended up getting the 1100 recharge 3 times!!
So it is expensive ,by Mumbai standards also.
Offers:
Monday (INR 999 single access to games) .
Tuesday Buy One get One (BOGO) on all games.
Student Offer ( Single access @ INR 599) .
Some offers are there on recharge as well which one can check at the counter.
However cricket,twilight bowling and VR games like Vertigo are a must try.
Other games are jurassic escape, finger coaster where you draw a path from your finger and the coaster follows the same route.
VR games charges @ INR 199 on weekdays and @INR 249 on weekends.
Cricket and bowling may have waiting time which one should check beforehand while paying.
Cricket has option of 3 overs payment or 15 minutes payment (@ INR 499 on weekend).
Bowling is @INR 400 per person on weekend.
Veritgo was one VR game where one had to rescue a cat walking on a virtual skyscraper.
These three were the most enjoyed by us.
There is a ball pool for the younger kids.
We were lucky to see Sachin Tendulkar who happened to visit the mall for a press conference!
They are yet to come up with the eating facility here,one can go to the mall's food court which is on the same floor.

Had a terrible experience at Smaaash. Was doing the VR walking the edge/plank experience and as it is part of the game I fell while playing. The ride is not configured safely and I hurt my throat because the harness pulled on me. The staff was utterly useless in helping us and i doubt they train about how to ensure safety of the guests. Would recommend going elsewhere, as it will ruin a fun day out and leave you with bruises and aches..
