If you are a train buff you would enjoy this stop. 2 hours is enough for you to have a good look around.

Trains played a major role in Mexico's last major internal war, and that was so easy to imagine while seeing these magnificent iron beasts. I particularly enjoyed seeing and hearing schoolkids playing amongst the trains

Relatively large outdoor collection of railroad engines, cars and apparatus. You can access some but not all exhibits. Unfortunately, the indoor area was closed as we got there later in the afternoon.

We went to this museum only to find it is closed till further notice, possibly due to the earthquake. You can walk around the outside and see some of the train they have in the yard, but generally is not worth visiting until it re-open....More

A very large and well cared for exhibit. There were some trains that you could not enter and one which was in really bad shape, but I suppose they had not yet had time to work on them. However, the ones that you were allowed...More

This is a jewel of a museum in Puebla. The grounds are well maintained and the trains on exhibit are authentic recreations. Visitors can hop on and off the trains. One of the best ones is the mail cart - only here can one see...More

Lot of steam and diesel trains and very much wagons. You can enter most of the exposed trains. A good place for documentation about trains in Mexico

Hi This museum has old train machines. Unfortunately they seems old and abandonad. I don’t think is a must for a 10 years old kid, except if he is a train lover. Regards
