This is a massive church. Some stories say this was supposed to be Mexico City's cathedral and the construction plans were mixed up in the trip from Spain, but who knows, might just be a tale. The church is worth a visit. Very high ceilings...More

Beautiful church with lots of history. Definitely worth stopping inside and checking out the architecture. You might even be able to see a mass.

We attended Palm Sunday Mass at the Cathedral, presided over by the Archbishop of Puebla. Everyone was friendly, happy and very helpful (we don't speak Spanish at all well). A very positive experience
