I saw a great review and decided to give them a try. Overall great experience. Fast, easy and hassle free transaction. Affordable price and great service. Our driver Luis is very friendly and knowledgeable and on schedule. I will definitely use them again when I come back. I highly recommend this company. 👍

Our arrival in Cabo went smoothly, the Transcabo rep was outside waiting for us. A few minutes later, we were in the shuttle and on our way to Cabo. Got dropped off at our resort with no problems. For the return trip, the shuttle arrived to pick us up right around the indicated time and we were on our way. So far, so good, right? The shuttle driver was engaged in a very animated conversation with another passenger the entire trip to the airport, which didn't bother us; however, I don't know if that was any type of a contributing factor to him dropping us off at the wrong terminal!
The driver never asked us what airline, so we thought he knew because we had already provided them with our return flight information. When he stopped at the terminal, he got out the other passengers bags and took ours out as well, so we stupidly assumed everything was good. We will never make the mistake of thinking the driver knows what he is doing again. Yeah, so our bad for not knowing which terminal we needed to be at, but we're not Cabo airport experts (we'll be sure to double check if we go back). I don't remember seeing any signage as to which airlines were at which terminal, which is usually how we figure out which terminal to go to at other airports. We didn't know it was the wrong terminal until we got inside. So in the blazing afternoon Cabo sun, we had to hike 3-4 blocks to the other terminal with all our luggage. That was unpleasant, to say the least. Also really upset we had given the driver such a large tip after all that.

Took a Family Trip to Cabo. Booked via Costco Travel. Apparently they use TransCabo for their transportation portion of their services. When we arrived to Cabo, it was so simple. They told us were to go to find our car. A very nice man (cannot recall his name sorry) greated us and called over our private car. Our driver was super nice, got us to our hotel fast and safe.

I asked for his information because he was so lovely. Kind, well spoken, drove safely and got us to the airport fast and even helper us get our luggage taken in (we had a lot) to be checked in.
I want to thank Luis and we will definitely be returning and using TransCabo again and requesting Luis.

We love Transcabo!! Our entire family uses their transportation every time any of us visit Cabo. They are always reliable and on time. The cars are always clean and have the best AC! Every driver we have had has been so nice and answers any questions we have! We are forever loyal to you, Transcabo!!!

The vehicles were super clean, transportation arrived on-time, we felt we were in safe & reliable hands, and the drivers were the best!! We learned so much from our drivers about places to visit, good restaurants to try, and the history of the surrounding area. Our drivers alone were worth every penny with the knowledge they shared with us about Cabo!

Great Service. Will always use them when traveling to/from Cabo airport. They were right on time. Suburbans were extremely clean and comfortable. Professional drivers both to and from the airport. Our driver added some history on the route. He has lived and worked in the area for over 20 years and was very interesting.

We booked through costco and have a shared ride set up with transcabo. When we head outside, can we grab a quick drink and snack from the outside bar before we get into the shuttle? Thanks!

Hi, I need transportation for four adults and three children from SJD airport to Grand Solmar lands edge. My kids are aged, 2, 4, and 7 at time of travel (Feb, 2020). We need two car seats and one booster for the kids, will this be possible in one vehicle? We also wanted to do one day trip from our resort to Cabo San Jose - would you be able to provide transportation for that day excursion, and how much would the cost be for that?

Check out the offerings through Viator before you go to either book a trip or gain an awareness of what's available. Your hotel concierge should be able to arrange a tour to La Paz, or Tres Santos; or both.

We booked a round trip shared ride from CABO airport to hotel (Arrival Date: June 28, 2018 Departure Date July 3, 2018) with Transcabo. Will the driver give us our departure vouchers when he picks us up at the airport? How does that work? This question is important to us because of our CANCUN experience. The shuttle people (we can not remember the name of the shuttle in CANCUN) asked us to come down to a sales presentation in hotel lobby and our departure vouchers would be issued there. We hated it that these people were holding our departure vouchers hostages so we refused to come down. Well, they picked us up on our departure date anyway, without departure vouchers.
