Let me first by start off saying that the massage that we received was great! The communication is the part where they lacked. The only way to communicate with them is through email we arrived at the time that we scheduled and the person who are giving us the massage stated that she hadn't checked her email and that she could give us our massages one at a time. once you realize that I was not going to get the massage and was about to leave she's told us to wait she was going to try to call another co-worker to come in. She was finally able to get the co-worker to come in and we were able to get our massage after waiting about 45 minutes.

Relaxing massage and facial for a very good price. Perfect way to start or end your vacation. This spa is tucked away in a corner of Hotel Tropicana Inn located near the Cathedral and main plaza of San Jose. A very quiet oasis and perfect place to explore the city.

Wow! What a heavenly experience. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the couples massage. The massage room is very relaxing and zen, with quiet music and water droplets cascading your senses with good vibes. The price is reasonable and overall the treatment greatly exceeded my expectations. We are two very happy customers! Treat yourself to a nice massage, it’s worth it.

Hidden away in a quiet room at the Tropicana Inn, is a wonderful spa treatment awaiting you. Rosy is a very kind and able technician. The massage and facial treatments were some of the best I have experienced. I loved that they adapted their special to just what I needed and made it work. It was a special time of relaxation and rejuvenation for me and highly recommend seeking her out. She was very responsive to scheduling and the time spent flew by far too quickly.

Jorje was fantastic. Even though I was staying at the Tropicana Inn I had to go to the room myself, #111, and make my appointment. I had lost my phone so it may have been easier to call for myself but I had to rely on the hotel. I'm glad I persisted.

I highly recommend! A couple friends and I decided to get a short massage while in Cabo and found this gem. We were able to reserve early the next day and went shopping around the square afterwards. The location is beautiful!

A little difficult to find, but man it was worth it!! An outstanding 60 minute couples massage followed by a mani/pedi for us both. My first mani/pedi, but certainly not may last. The massage was just perfect in easing tense muscles. Delicious fresh La Paz strawberries and cool mint tea were provided, as well as some Hershey’s Kisses!! I was a little nervous about the mani/pedi, but the technician was gentle and thorough. We had a wonderful conversation with our hosts while they took care of us. I highly recommend them!!
