All beaches in Baja California are public, owned by the government. You can walk on any beach and enjoy the view and the ocean (where safe). The views from this one are especially lovely.

This beach offered crystal clear water and was great for swimming/lounging. Not much in the way of snorkeling, but a beautiful, secluded spot to relax.

Family friendly free beach that is swimmable, You cannot swim in many beaches on the resorts in Cabo so this is a close place you can and it's nice and quiet. Only encountered one peddler so that was awesome. On the resort beaches you have...More

Whether just for a day on the beach or launching a Panga to fish, this is a beautiful beach, and close to everything. Especially Palmilla. What a great place to stay or just drop in for an incredible dinner or specialty drink

A more "friendly" beach access for the general public. Less undertow. more frequent gentle waves---better for swimming/snorkeling and beach-side lounging. Better than average public facilities. Overall---very tranquil and relaxing.

No, but there fishermen and vendors renting chairs/umbrellas so it's not like it's a deserted beach and if you got into trouble there would be no one to yell to but there was no formal lifeguards that I recall.
