Best way get directly to your hotel. Excellent service. In fact I'm using them to return to the airport. Driver waited for us despite baggage claim taking forever. Instructions are very clear where to locate the driver. No other passengers. Took us directly to our hotel. We come annually to Cabo and plan to use them roundtrip every time

Arrived in Cabo with my family , they were a no show at the location to meet area 10. Nobody answered their phone which was provided. Only reached out after I requested a refund which I have not gotten.
Nobody in that area saw a legacy driver for hours.

This company received so many high ratings I’m shocked that I have to even write a poor review. I’ve traveled the world and so I can navigate through travel plans easily; and I always read through reviews for added assistance. For something that was supposed to be a 30 minute ride to our resort, this was not a recommended experience. Just call an Uber.
When we arrived to the airport, we followed the company’s instructions on where to meet our driver. There was an abundance of people waiting outside the airport for transportation to their resorts. After waiting 15-20 minutes we noticed the crowd had diminished and a few different companies inquired if we needed transportation. Finally one gentleman asked if he could call our transportation company. I knew we had secured transportation - I had a confirmation email for receipt of payment and instructions on where to meet the driver. I called the company. First number didn’t work. Second number, a woman answered “hello”. I was now very worried I’d been duped. I asked what company I was calling and she confirmed the details and my reservation. Very unbothered, she said a driver would be on the way. We waited another 30 minutes or so. It seemed We were the last people to leave the airport, even the outdoor welcome bars had closed up at 4:30pm (maybe no more international flights arriving?)
Right when I was going to just call an Uber, The driver arrived. Although pleasant, he didn’t apologize. Halfway through the drive he asked us how long we waited. We didn’t want confrontation, just to get to our resort safely. Later, my husband informed me the gas tank light, for the suburban we were in, was on our entire ride to the resort and the needle was well below E. I assumed it could’ve been broken, but my husband said he didn’t believe the vehicle wasn’t old enough for that kind of issue anymore - my husband’s family works on cars.
We’re just reserved the basic ride, w/o alcohol and grocery stops; but in the end we found an Uber was the much cheaper method - we took an Uber back to the airport for half the cost.

please keep using uber sounds like pricing for you is a situation and this time frame prices are very low... when traveling at this time frame you traveled airport is empty very early since many people do not travel at this time very hot and hurricane season i kind of feel you wanted a very high class service but not wanting to spend honestly our driver do there very best and to even look at a gas tank from way back in the car that means you came in this reservation with all insecure ness my best bet for you keep using uber .. my drivers are the best and may be late somtimes this is normal all over the world we do not control any traffic or any situation that can happen to a driver when on duty. im not worried about your poor review since we all have the rite to give a opinion and thats alrigt legacy has been up and running for many years and we are not perfect but do have many wonderful KIND clients. you have a great day! kind

We had a great experience once again with Legacy! We’ve used this company 5 or so time and will probably never change. Communication with Becky is great, pick ups were timely and drivers were nice. Till next time Cabo!

I had a recommendation to use Legacy for our transportation when in Cabo, and they did not disappoint. It felt like vacation the moment Felix came to get us at the airport. The guy comes prepared with beverages and makes it easy to get to/from the airport. He was also in communication with us on departure day to make that seamless too. THANKS FELIX

We have friends arriving tomorrow on a cruise ship that we’d like to meet in Cabo San Lucas. We’re interested in traveling from The Grand Myan to meet them around 10:00, leaving the hotel around 9:30 am. My uncle, Cliff Mulberg recommended your service.
