Private Transport in Cabo.

The wait time at SJD was longer than anticipated in the heat. The driver and vehicle to and from the airport were excellent. Both drivers were friendly and professional.

On time, clean, and comfortable
The shuttles were on time and prompt, clean, and comfortable. Our return trip driver Jonathan was especially great.

Car Seat or beverage?! Bring your own!
When I ordered the private shuttle, I ordered it with a carseat for my toddler. However when we arrived, the airport to resort shuttle does not have a car seat available. Not only that it did not have the water or beer indicated they would have. Have I known this I would have brought something with for our one hour car ride. Then I messaged to request make sure we have a car seat for our return trip. Of course when the driver shows up there is no car seat. The driver said dispatch did not even tell him about our request. Very disappointed.

Round Trip Ride
Both trips went smoothly and the drop-off and pick-up were without hassle. Actually, when we came out to meet the driver for the return to the airport, they were already there waiting for us. I will definitely use them again!

Worth It !!!!
I got a private transfer down to Cabo San Lucas and it was worth it. Highly recommend using their service. Pickup from the airport and Hotel were very prompt and on time. Thank You

Fantastic vacation to San Jose del Cabo!
We always choose Cabo Airport Shuttle because they are always professional, on time, and priced well. We also love the fact that they have water and beer waiting for you whether you are coming or going. Thank you Cabo Airport Shuttle!

Overall Very Good
We used Cabo Airport Shuttle for a quick trip to Cabo in July. Upon exiting the airport, it took us a while to find the representative (she was working with a driver at the time we were hunting for her) but when we finally connected, she was very friendly and professional. We waited for another 15 minutes for our driver to arrive. From the time we exited the airport we ended up waiting about 30 minutes total.

We purposely didn't get a drink at the airport because in our past experiences with Cabo Airport Shuttle, the driver usually has a cooler with beer. Unfortunately, this time our drivers' cooler was empty :/ He did offer to stop and pick up something but we opted to head straight to our hotel.

The driver was very friendly and knew exactly where he was going. The Suburban was shiny new and pristine.

On our return to the airport, the driver was on time and very helpful. He didn't talk much but that's ok. The car was another very clean Suburban. And he helped with our bags upon arrival.

Overall, very good experience and we will definitely use them again in the future.

We received absolutely FABULOUS service on both our trips (to and from the airport). The cars were extremely clean, and the drivers were very safe and professional. We will definitely use this service again!
