I love El Jardin. It is just a beautiful place with artists and good restaurants. The air pollution is awful due to the cars without any pollution control equipment. It really had a negative impact on my asthma, but this is a lovely city.

Love the festive atmosphere at El Jardin: the people, the shops, the sights, and the architecture. Although the weather was a bit warm at noon and we only stayed a few hours at Allende, I would like to go back someday.

I very comfortable space to relax and plan your day or take a respite in the afternoon. On Friday, get a copy of the local paper to learn of the events coming up in the next week.

A lively, sweet little square that anchors the “Centro” in San Miguel. Much smaller than I expected, but nonetheless, it was fun to grab a drink at one of the many cafe’s surrounding it, listening to Mariachi’s one night and good people watching.

There are lots of jewels to be discovered by wandering the streets of San Miguel, and El Jardin is a perfect starting point for such explorations. The kids loved “the square” with its festive crowds, musicians, merchants, and food. This is an incredible space that...More

There seems to always be a parade, wedding or spontaneous dancing going on in this town square. We always felt safe and comfortable.

It is totally doable . The cobblestone streets and sidewalks are narrow but accessible
