We were told about a great guitar act at the restaurant at Institute Allende. We had to go a day early to see the email address for reservations. It was great, both the music and the food.

We just popped in here based on Tripadvisor reviews. Beautiful architecture, very cool murals, bathrooms, art galleries, cafe...make sure you walk through the walkways as there are very cool views of the city as well. Just a cool spot

Beautiful colonial building with great city views. Small cafe inside and art gallery. It has the biggest wooden front door in Mexico (we were told!)
