Ayur Sana Wellness Center is the world of authentic Ayurveda and Spas. A serene Ayurvedic Center by the Sea in South India. Here you can benefit from traditional Ayurvedic therapy's great spa experience, as well as yoga in a blissfully peaceful environment. It is one of the best tourist spots in Kerala, India. Located at Fort Kochi, Princess Street. Our Teams have 25 Years of International Experience in Hospitality. I hv been suffering from chronic pain in my left shoulder for the last 5 years since I had an accident. 2 sessions with with Mr Johnson and he was able to release the stress points in my shoulder giving me great comfort. Extremely thankful to him for providing such excellent treatment.

Having had more massages than I can remember I have to say that the Ayur Sana does stand out. My wife and I both had excellent treatments her given by the husband and wife team who run the spa, Johnson and Jessy. They are clearly very skilled in their art and gave us both fabulous massages. They are a lovely couple and a real pleasure to have spent the afternoon with. It was also lovely to meet their daughter Josmi who helps in the spa too. If you’re in town then they are based at the Old Lighthouse Hotel in Bristow which is also a great place to stay. Go and see them!!

I booked a 30 minute foot massage for 1600 INR. I have had many of these, mainly in Europe and one in India. However this one was mainly a lower leg massage with not much concentration on the foot and particularly the instep. To not what I wanted. But the masseuse seemed very capable so possibly this spa’s version of the treatment.

This spa is located two blocks in from the river on princess street. Although basic both myself and travelling companion had remarkable masseurs. Although primarily focusing on Ayurveda massages my masseur, Johnson, gave me an exceptional deep tissue massage. Price was 3000 rupees for an hour. I would definitely come back.

I took a back and neck massage in June 2022, it was most relaxing and helped ease by stress and back pain.
Mr.Johnson is well trained and highly experienced in this field. Do try on your next trip to Kochi!

I had three ayurveda massages at Ayur Sana Wellness spa which is run by Jessy and Johnson. Jessy worked miracles on my stiff back and legs and I felt truly looked after and rejuvenated. It's a great location and Hotel Fort Manor is a beautiful Hotel. Jessy and Johnson are welcoming, warm and knowledgeable practitioners who I can only recommend. Treat yourself if you're around.

we visited in fort Kochi and stayed in Hotel Fort Manor. Very nice hotels Very Good Rooms and friendly staff. especially the frond desk people Sheba and other girl. we really appreciate. Johnson Pallickel Ayur Sana Wellness Center ,Spa inside the Fort Manor Hotel was a treat to work with while we stayed in Kochi. He and His wife Jessy helped all the members of our group recover from our couple weeks of traveling southern India. He used so many modalities to find the right treatments to really help understand and resolve issues in your tissues. They are even super flexible as we managed to work out time to all visit a second time during our stay. I recommend planning at least a couple visits during your stay to really enhance the value of the service he is providing.

MR Johnson had years of experience in Germany, Italy, Switzerland , Czech Republic and Malta before returning home to open his own wellness centre. I met him in 2018/19 and was impressed with his technique. My body needs three consecutive whole body massages to show its full effect and on this visit to Fort Cochin, Johnson accomodated me.
as a person, he is wonderful and a good friend. and you can feel that he is concentrating on areas that need concentration. we who live in the west, neglect batches of our muscles because of long hours of sitting or less than active lifestyle.
i feel rejuvenated, helped by the excellent healthy cuisine of cochin and i plan to return for a 7 day session in the near future

Massage was amazing, management was excellent, staff were very friendly, Mr Johnson and his family running the business in very high standard and very professional when it comes to business, top of it me and my Mrs had a facial session too , trust me it works, 5 star rating for sure.
