As our first day in town we decided to take it easy and just enjoy the walk, the sand and the warm water. You can take "passeios" to the pools when the tide is right (we did it the next day). There are some barracas, very low key beach.

Not worth it.
Its very beautiful, all the pictures make justice of the BEACH. JUST THE BEACH.
I was disappointed with the fact that there is no charming village where you can walk and buy souvenir, or find a nice restaurant like in porto de galinhas, Jeri or Trancoso.
You do not walk in Milagres, its always driving. The vila grew around the main road where cars and trucks are passing by so theres no proper paviment for pedestrians.
That said, you need a car for anything!
The prices are quite expensive compared to other beaches.
Buggy tour is not worth it because the buggy is not allowed to go via the beach. It goes on the main road like a car or a truck. So better to rent a car at the airport and do not hire a buggy.
I didnt feel very safe in Milagres. On the beach is very ok but in the city, no.
I wouldnt go again. Its too overated.

Amazing place to stay, mainly for the pandemic restrictions. Excellent place for families, almost deserted beaches, crystal clear waters, excellent climate, the beaches are natural pools.

Calm warm waters and relaxing. There are boats ready to take you to the natural swimming pools. Not crowded.

Wonderful beach, really clean and warm water, it's calm because there's a reef of corals that contribute to the beauty

This beach got highly recommended by some friends and it was worth coming here. The beach is like the beach you've in your dreams. White sand, crystal clear blue waters and fish. You can walk while low tide to the riffs and scuba dive there.
Definitely a place to be! Stay at maracatu hostel! ;)

It Is the "gate of paradise." Transparent waters surrounded by beautiful coconut palms. Silence and breeze soothe your soul. There are hotels to all standards and are spread out in these pieces of paradise. It is necessary that this type of tourism has its sustainability guaranteed by government policies, so that the "door of paradise" would be protected from real estate speculation and the problems of mass tourism. There are signaling problems about the best places to go and hotels. The tourist needs to be very well informed with Brazilian friends and travel agencies of Alagoas in order to maximize their satisfaction. So they can make the best decision. This is the vision of an economist who has fallen in love with this place.

O trajeto é tranquilo via Google Maps?
