The under ground tunnels we’re neat and the deep dry moat is amazing. The Chateau is cool from the outside, but it was super expensive. Overall it was great!

The chateau itself is pretty but also pretty uninspiring. Once you go underground though, you find yourself in an amazing labyrinth of tunnels and rooms. There is a boulangerie from the 16th century and an interesting winery and you can walk round the castle on...More

The Chateau de Breze is not the best known castle in the Loire Valley and is some kilometres from the river. However, the underground sections and dry moat are really interesting, and well worth a visit. It even amused teenage boys for a few hours!...More
