Couldn't stay for long as no way of paying. Both paying stations are out of order so they want you to pay at the information desk. Can't do that if you're by yourself with a dog because dogs aren't allowed in any of the buildings.

One of my favourite places. Not only beautiful,it has well thought out paths,pay and display parking and a welcome cafe for walkers,riders etc. As a local we are frequent visitors.

Love beacon fell, great place to take the kids and relax for a few hours. We've been here countless times over the year but for one reason or another end up in play centres and the like but the kids much prefer here now!

Easy walk to summit, lots of free places to park. We go there quite often as its only a half hour drive away. Cafe and toilets there but as with all these similar type places it's pricey (they have to make money somehow) ... parking...More
