The cenotes here were unbelievable! The water was the clearest thing you will ever see! There is a rope to swing and dive into the water in the deep end. Word of caution, bring water shoes and goggles. The water is thick with minerals and using goggles under water you will be able to see everything! Water shoes are a must as well because there are lots of rocks and they are SHARP! The water is nice and cool and was completely refreshing after a long hot day. This was probably one of the coolest things I went to in Mexico.

We had the most amazing time with Fernanda on this 2 cenote express trip! I had heard the water would be cold but that really wasn't the case. The caves are very beautiful and well worth the adventure. Bring a great water-proof camera for this one! Highly recommended and will do this again on the next trip. Thank you Fernanda!

We were so inspired by our visit here. Some of the sacred gods and ancestral spirits of the Maya resided here so it was great to be able to explore here on aside trip from Tulum.

I really wanted to see La Gloria cenote because from photos it looked absolutely magical! As a regular solo adventure traveller I am not into big tours that are time regimented.

Hidden Treasures has smaller tours running through their property with several cenotes. If you are solo or a small group ask if you can customize your experience like I did! Roy was very accommodating in providing what I was looking for!

I joined a tour for the first part and meet some wonderful people and then I got to stay at La Gloria with one of their staff Fernanda and have a peaceful moment.

Fernanda was amazing! She is exceptionally knowledgeable and loves the cenotes. She took me over to cenote Iris as well which is a cave that if you hit the time right a small opening let’s the sun light up the whole cave.

Both cenotes are gorgeous and much more quiet than the over crowded touristy ones!

Thank you to Roy and Fernanda for the amazing experience!!

We went on the ATMs through the jungle was beautiful and the adrenaline was awesome. Fernanda was our tour guide for the closed cenote and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and let us go at our place letting us explore some parts of the cave by ourselves. It was like she was experiencing it herself for the first time so made it 100x better. She also went out of her own way to take us to the semi- closed cenote when it wasn't even part of the tour. Fernanda you are the best

My boyfriend and I had a guided tour with Lalo to all 3 cenotes. We had a great time. Lalo was a very professional and great guide telling us a lot about the history of the cenotes and taking some really cool photos for us along the way.

I can highly recommend this place and Lalo as a guide!

I want to give an honest review. The people here are great . The photographer was fantastic and we received what was promised .
I always do my best to be positive . I love Mexico and exploring .
My issue is I have experienced another tour offering similar things... Rio Secreto which was amazing!!!!! The hidden treasures park needs some TLC . The ATV’ s are old and rusty and one couple had theirs breakdown and a replacement was not offered . My husband had to drive the guide on the front of his machine, while the girls had to double up and take hers. The trails were good .
The cave experience could be so much better. It was good. But having gone to Rio Secreto where each person is given a wet suit, water shoes , and a helmet with a headlamp.
This Hidden Treasures tour only the guide had a flashlight. We were issued life jackets . It was very hard to see. The life jackets are bulky and awkward. You miss so much when you can’t see .
The other thing I really saw that was sad was the health of the caves. At my other experience they really explain that we shouldn’t be touching the stalagmites or stalactites because our PH or the sunscreen we wear harm the health of the cave. You rinse off before entering and you are really educated about the ecosystem and our roll in it.
At the Hidden Treasures I was shocked at the obvious difference in the health of the cave . Everyone just tramples through it and it shows . The stalactites and stalagmites were rounded and dingy from all the abuse .
I would not have known any of this had I not been to the other one first.
If you are on a budget this one is fine. You will enjoy..... BUT .... the other experience is top notch.
With all that said. I hope this park invests in itself and takes it up a level, it could be just as amazing . Did I say how great the staff was?

We had an amazing time in this tour. First we went to an open cenote where you can get in the water with a rope swing. We were the only ones there which felt like this was our own private tour. The next cenote was underground. The stalactites were so magnificent and impressive as you swim through the cenote, it was an experience to remember. Our guide Chino was so great throughout the tour.

The water was refreshing and crystal clear. We came here as part of a tour of Tulum and Cenotes. When we got to this place, we were informed that we will take a 5 minute bus ride to the cenote and only 24 people could fit at the time, so we would have to be separated in groups and the second group would have to wait about 10 minutes for the old bus to be back. The bus took about 25 minutes to be back and both times it took about 50 people each time. The bus was packed with about 20 people standing packed in like sardines.
When we got to the cenote, it was small and at this time it was crowded. Life jackets were available. Then we had to ride the crowded bus back.
