We were a family of 5 with 3 kids aged 6, 11 and 12 that went to this cenote by ourselves - by taxi. You don't have to book it infront. We just showed up and payed there. About 500 pesos per person. It's guided tours in small groups (we were 5 - and then 4 other people). Abel was... More

The Cenotes are absolutely spectacular. We were there during high season (around New Year's) so it as crowded; but still stunning and definitely a must for anyone visiting the area. This particular operation was very professional, punctual, friendly, clean and well run (especially considering the busy time of year).

My sister and I really wanted to experience a cenote. This was the perfect place for us. We were able to swim through the cave while learning about how they were formed and why they need to be protected. Julio and Pablo were our guides. They were fun, kind, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend a visit to this site. My... More

Ricardo was our tour guide. He spoke very good English. It was our first experience in a Cenote and Ricardo did a great job educating us on Mayan history. He was a great eco tour guide. It was only about 10 min cab ride to cenote. Very refreshing experience. The tour was a little over 2 hours. They had tequila... More

On our final day in playa del carmen we wanted to do a short and easy underground cenote tour, which we had never done before. Our tour in cenote chaak tuun with Abel provided just thaf, revealing the hidden subterranean world of the area. When we arrived around 10.30 am there were not many visitors yet, and for only 500... I visited Cenote Chaka Tun with some friends while on vacation in Mexico. Our tour guide Abel, was absolutely awesome! Since we were only a group of 4, we got to spend more time looking at all the cool formations and underwater caves! I would highly recommend this Cenote with Abel!
