The waterside and zip line were great even though my teens found them a tad small. Others told us we would get round in about 2 hours but we were there for 4.5. All in all excellent. - Pepin C72 contributionsWonnnnnnderful parkWe did that park evening time last week Dec 14… The park is reserved at night for Xcaret hoteles guess or members. We were almost alone visiting it wich was very pleasant !! No waiting time no crowd Wow!! It is definitely our favorite attraction of the whole week.. The walk in the dark.. the town were you seem to be walking up while your not.. the rivers of mud and salt water are great attractions!!! Absolutely takes you out of the ordinary thrills.. You shall calculate a 3 hours to complete all sections .. Take your time and enjoy the photos spots.. the angles off camera are set to take great shots .. you can visualise them in the onsite screens instantly. You decide then if you buy the package or not!! But at lesst take the shots going along.. just to see them while there😄 To us it was the highlight of our Xcaret Arte experience. Well organized., easy to visit.. screwing your senses softly .,a very nice evening! Transportation to get there is every 20 minutes from the hotels. Lesving between 18h00 and 19h00 will give you enought time to complete. Regarding customer service, on the owl zip line where you are laying on your stomach as you fly through a beautiful forest, I was entreated with much respect from a man named José who was so kind as to spark interesting conversation about both of our lives. I was so excited to attend a day at Xenses with my husband. We visited on July 29 (Monday) 2024. The park itself was awesome but there were SERIOUS logistics issues that made the visit stressful and upsetting.
We booked directly through their company and utilized their in house transportation from our resort. We were told that we would be picked up at 8am. To begin with, the bus was over 30 minutes late. We got on bus around 8:40am with travelers also going to xcaret. On our next stop, we were asked to switch busses and ride with people who were going to xplor. They dropped off the xplor people at xplor first, even though their return transportation was at 5pm and ours was 2pm. When we finally arrived at park around 10am, the lines to get in were extremely slow despite having pre bought tickets and filled out waivers on bus. Everyone still had to wait in ticket line. Only half the windows were open although there were many employees standing around talking amongst themselves and trying to sell photo passes. We did not get to enter the park until 11am, three hours after our pick up time. We were told we were due back at our bus no later than 1:45pm for a 2pm departure time. That means we got less than 3 hours in the park.
We wasted no time getting in, and putting things in our locker and went to check out the xensatorium. This was an awesome attraction but we had to wait another 25 mins to enter. Then we went directly to the path of doing and waited 30 mins to go to the water slide. We did everything in succession. Then it was time to go. We had to rush through the town both ways and didn’t have time to enjoy the other attractions. They sold us a food package at the gate and we had to take it to go and almost missed the bus. We didn’t even change out of our wet clothes. Then we were crammed on to a 15 passenger van that was completely full.
I was so looking forward to this date day and felt super cheated. I paid $190 and it felt like a waste of time and money because we didn’t get to enjoy it or relax at all. We needed a whole additional hour at least to experience the park to the fullest.

It's great to read that you consider awesome our park. We would like to mention that compared to the rest of our theme parks, this one lasts half a day for those visitors to the destination who wish to optimize their stay by enjoying unique and unforgettable attractions in a short time.
On the other hand, we are constantly working on optimizing the transport times in all our services. Some factors such as the distance from the hotel to the park, traffic, and weather affect transfer times and this is a situation that is out of our hands. As far as possible and when our guests contact us through our call center, we recommend staying in hotels near the parks to speed up transportation times.
We are sorry that your experience wasn't the best due to this situation. Nevertheless, you can rest assured that your comments will be sent to the relevant department to look for any possible improvement opportunities and take immediate action.

We paid 70 $ per person for admission, photos (60$) and food not included. For140$ total not much to enjoy, only town and bird flight were good. Recommended for families with kids if they have extra money.

Hear me out: this is a great place to get cool pictures. The activities are fine and it’s a unique place overall. Still trying to decide if the price is worthy compared to other Xcaret parks:
1. No food included.
2. Okish zip line and water slide.
3. Lazy rivers that are less than fun.
4. The upside down village is INSANE. Well done to the point of being dizzy from the moment you step in. Be aware of this.
5. The “Xensatorium” will leave you confused and kind of frustrated.
6. If is not crowded, you can do the whole park in 3 hours or less.
I would do this park once in my lifetime and I would recommend others to do the same. But wouldn’t go back, unless more rides or activities are added.

We loved this trip. We went with our kids and there significant others. This is a half day trip
This place was a mind opening and mind bending blast. We had tons of fun and took tons of photos. You will get wet and possibly a little muddy bring a change of clothing. They offer FREE lockers. Water shoes are also very helpful
The only real con I have for this place is the price. It is very expensive for what it is. It’s a 3 - 4 hour attraction with very little replay value.

We weren’t sure what to expect at this park. It turned out to be a really nice half-day getaway. I’m uncertain what the ticket cost is, as we were staying at Hotel Xcaret, where all Xcaret parks are included. Consider this when you’re thinking about your next trip to Mexico!
In any case, I don’t want to write too much, for fear of spoiling your experience, but I will say this: get the photo package! We’ve been to all the parks now, and Xenses hands-down delivered the best and funniest photos of all!
The village they’ve created here is the best part imo! You will scratch your head trying to figure out how things are really taking place around you! Take a bathing suit. You’ll need it for one half of the park. And don’t worry, if you want to bypass the salt river and mud bath, there is a path around it. Take your time here and snag lots of photos! Enjoy!! You can’t find this kind of entertainment anywhere else!

This park might not be the best if you have issues with equilibrium as there are some cool things that mess with your perspective. The mud river was fun, the water slide was a bit too much for the 7 year old (it's dark and fast and dumps you into a pool) The village is like a magnetic hill...you think you are going up but you're actually going down hill. And so much more. Fun gift shop as well. The photos are expensive but we took photos of the photos posted lol Great day and not expensive to go. It is a very short bus ride from the Occidental Grand Xcaret.

We visited Xenses in Feb 2020, as one of the excursions included in our resort package at Hotel Xcaret.
We loved this park and eagerly made our way through it from one attraction to the next. It took us a good 3 hours in all, and both of us were amazed by the ingenuity and imagination that went into it. This is a one-of-a-kind place that you’d never experience anywhere else.

Wow, this park is amazing. The xensatorium was the best thing I did at this location. It was an 8-15 minute walk through the dark, complete darkness, pitch black and you walk through different environments such as grass, sand, water, you touch plants and trees, smell the smells of the ecosystem that you are in. Its done so that your other senses can heighten and lead you through the journey. It was an intense experience because its so dark that you get a little scared at times, all you use to guide yourself is the things surrounding you. Th relaxation rivers were also amazing first the was a warm water one that you just float in and the second was the mud bath that you just lay in and float, followed by bucket baths and a walk through a sauna. The pueblo was all sorts of wrong but so much fun! They also had a bird flight zipline type of activity that was spectacular.

we visited this park as a group of 8 and i must say i went in a bit skeptical and expected it to be kinda cheesy. I was totally wrong and this park exceeded my expectations all day long. Everything was very well done,the town was very trippy and nothing was as it seemed. I would highly recommend a visit here! Get the photo package. Our group was aged 13 to 18 and 40 to 47. great for all ages.

Is there limit to how many times you can do an activity? For example if our children wanted to do the ziplining or water slide more than once?

You can do any activity as many times as you wish. However, it's important to take into consideration that depending on the operation of the day or even the season, we try to give the other visitors the chance to do the activity in case they haven't done it yet.
Regarding Bird Flight activity, this is recommended for children 5 years and older, as long as the harness fits it properly. Also, it is not advisable for people who have any recent surgeries (less than 6 months}, heart conditions, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, back problems, or hernias.

Le comentamos que, en efecto, es necesario atravesar la atracción "El Pueblo" para poder llegar a la actividad del Riolajante o el Lodorama. No obstante, es importante tomar en consideración que algunas otras actividades no son recomendadas para personas con problemas cardíacos, miedo a las alturas, claustrofobia o que se mareen fácilmente.

Do you have to do the slide to get into the floating river or is there a way to skip it. I hate slides and high speed.

Do you have to do the slide to get into the floating river or is there a way to skip it. I hate slides and high speed.

We purchased the photo pass for BOTH me and my husband and were both given bands and were told we could get all photos we both took after 24 hours but only my photos have come through using the code they gave, my husbands are nowhere to be found.
I’ve emailed the email on the receipt for issues and tried Facebook messenger (both multiple times) and nobody is replying.
I am frustrated as we were told we would get all of the photos BOTH of us took but have not. I don’t know what to do and am not getting any answers.
I am really hoping someone can help me retrieve my husbands photos and get them to us otherwise we’ve lost out on a bunch of great photos. Can someone help???
