We arrived at Punta Sur via a rented golf cart and were blown away by the views! It was gorgeous! We saw some ruins at the very end and a vast array of modern sculpture inspired by the history of the island. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes, as it's a lot of walking and some of the stairs are... More

When we were last here in June many large sea turtles were mating in the waves. We're told this is an annual event and it was a wonderful experience for all of us!

Beautiful view but someone had put metal scrap in the landscape (art?) and thus we had to pay an entrance fee to walk to the actual point (that was far to high). The restaurant was extremely overpriced and the dirty toilets costed a lot to use. We used a golf cart to get there (beautiful ride) and when we left,... More

Worth the entrance fee, nice view, a little path around the coast and funny sculptures. Just enjoy the place.

It was very windy the day we visited (30mph with higher gusts) and we almost skipped the visit. The sculpture garden is interesting - many of the sculptures turning to pile of rust - but not reason enough to visit. But the trails along the water are spectacular and worth an hour tour of the park. Well worth the 30... More

Pictures don't do this place justice. Standing on top of the cliffs looking out into the ocean is an experience hard to find in the East coast of US. There is an interesting sculpture garden, take time to study that and you can climb down the cliffs to where the waves are crashing! After walking around and taking amazing pictures,... More

Absolutely stunning ocean views. The walk down to and along the rocky point is a 'must do'. Lots of iguanas, and an interesting sculpture park.

Hold on to your hat cos the wind blows and the waves roar, but worth a visit! Food and amenities, so hop in your golf car and take the short ride down there.

This is a good spot for pictures and to see the open ocean. Nice paved area for kids and strollers and some romantic spots if you're there as a couple. Not a lot of shops but a couple locally. Don't plan on being there too long but definitely worth dropping by when you're there. We always make a trip or... More
