Aqua Adventures Eco Divers Was super helpful with all the arrangements. While the certified divers in the family were diving, the younger kids shadowed us from above with snorkels. The port was closed down due to southerly winds but once it opened up, we made it out on the water. And what a great time it was. The first dive for a new open water diver and his dad along with another Canadian and myself rounded out our small group which had two instructors, Marco and Sebastian as well as a photographer, Sharon, who is also one of the owners. As we road out to the dive site, we shared dive stories while the team prepped our gear. After a briefing, we were treated to some great drift diving and found three nice size nurse sharks resting under coral bommies. After a snack of water and fresh fruit, we had another great dive and all too quickly we were heading back to Isla Mujeres. Thanks to the great team at AAED for some seriously fun dives. I feel I may have to come back in June to come visit and check out the whale sharks with you.…

Review of: MUSA Museum and Colorful Reef 2 Tank Dive
We always try to find dive shops that will focus on smaller groups and will give you a personalized experience. We did 10 dives with Aqua Adventures and we got what we were.looking for. The staff is friendly and they are all very experienced. They are doing everything including swapping bottles and bringing the stuff on and off the boat. The only thing you need to worry about is not getting a sunburn and be able to put your mask and fins on. We dove several regions in Mexico and were pleasently surprised with the amount of fishes we saw compared.to.other Mexican locations. Large schools of fish, few sharks, rays, turtle etc. The coral was also in good.shape with lots of fans etc. We also did the Cenotes diving through their company. It's obviously on the main land (near Playa del Carmen) and you need to take an early ferry but it was worth it. Their guide came to pick us up at the Cancun ferry and brought us back there. He was amazing and brought us to the Cenotes before the crowd, we were alone in the cave. That part isn't cheap but you get the best possible Cenotes experience (was our 6th times to Cenotes so we now how crowded it can be). We dove in something like 30+ countries and saw all kind of dives shops so we can definitely say that these guys are managing a true 5 star Padi dive center. Their dive shop is small but bigger shop is rarely better in scuba diving... unless you like seeing lots of divers all over the place while diving. Thanks to Marco, Sebastian, Pedro and Wilbert the boat captain who picked us up every morning at our hotel dock. Thanks also to Sharon, Paul and Hollie, best of luck with your business.
