There are several locations along this road that are great for snorkeling, having a meal or drinks. Right next door to Carona’s is the Skyreef and the Money bar is just down the road. Each place is nice and offers different snorkeling. Carona’s is a...More

$5 to get in gets you a table on the beach and access to snorkeling. Pretty good spot. Service was good, though they did run out of water while we were there. Beer was cold. Very relaxing spot, not busy.

Loved this place! The second time we stopped by the rowdy Sky Reef next door and returned to Corona. Nothing wrong with the other place but we loved the peace and tranquility of Corona Beach. Friendly, fast service and excellent food and drinks. Ceviche, shrimp...More

Swim out 150 meters (450 feet) out to the drop-off and see serious coral and sponges and colourful fish. The fans close to shore are fun but the real serious snorkeling is out 150 meters by the floating line. I saw a huge school of...More

The water here is really shallow so great if you have a fear of the ocean. Staff is pretty aggressive and told us equipment was free if we spent $10 a person on food and then when we got our bill they said we were...More

Love snorkeling at Corona Beach. SO many fish everywhere you look, and beautiful fan coral swaying in the currents. Easy entrance and exit from the beach. Others in my group enjoyed massages on the beach as well. Great fish tacos, and cheap buckets of beer....More

If you have a Jeep and your own equipment, it's only $5 USD per person to snorkel here! Wow ... a fraction of the cost compared o other 'cruise ship' snorkeling destinations and much, much more relaxing. We saw barracuda, blowfish, stingray, lots of colorful...More

They have a $10 USD charge to come here. Although if you buy off the menu it counts towards the entry fee. I was totally down for this except the prices for food are really high. If they had average prices I would have dropped...More

I have visited Playa Corona nearly a dozen times. Sadly, their new system charges visitors an entry fee and the snorkeling was laced with jelly fish! We will not be back. It used to be that we could snorkel to our leisure, buy a coke...More

This is not a question and has been flagged to the moderators for removal. Also their food is very delicious and not overpriced and a small price to pay for the incredible enjoyment of the reef.

It's been a while, but I seem to remember that it came to about $14 Canadian for the whole day. For me being new to snorkeling, I was fine with that, and had a lot of fun filming fish for the first time ever! You're free to... More
