Fraud-Beware of ladies in jewelry-Carmen? Agreed to a price around a $100. She ran a much higher peso amount totaling around $450 US dollars. We caught it and did not sign. Said we did not want the items for $450. She tried to blame the card company/exchange rate. She claimed to have canceled the transaction and emailed a receipt. We left and called the card company and they said they do not charge an exchange rate like that and they were running a scam. They advised to watch to make sure it did not post. Of course days later when we had returned home the charge for around $450 did post. We got charged for receiving no goods. They basically robbed us. Called the card company and they are pursuing a fraud claim. Avoid this place at all costs.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. IF YOU DO- DO NOT USE CARD.

We just returned to our room after shopping here. At checkout we thought the amount in pesos seemed high- when we returned we were charged over $91 dollars for items we did not purchase.

Lots of souvenirs but very overpriced. Lots of items very generic and can be picked up a hazard for a lot less

Was clean and had just about anything you needed from touristy gifts to liquors/chocolate. A lot cheaper than the resort gift shop. No pushy sales people and felt safe to roam around the area afterwards. We bought a wide range of items, one item i liked was a Cancun T-shirt and the quality is pretty good. Used my Amex and I signed for $233 in the store and it showed up my account as $258, so be advised to use pesos.

If you are looking for low price souvenirs, then steer clear of this place. Does this shop have a large selection of things, yes. However, after we shopped here we found pretty much everything we bought at La Isla cheaper then this place. Again, they have a very large selection, but you can find other places for items much cheaper.

We went to buy souvenirs, t-shirts and vanilla. They had a super selection to choose from. Pricing is a bit of trickery. The have 20% off marked prices on a lot of items, and I was told by the associate that I should take off 20% of the marked priced, but when you get to the checkout, they tell you the marked price is 20% off already. So be prepared to pay the marked price. T-shirts were basically $10 USD a piece, which is reasonable. Vanilla was a decent price too. Pottery was a little over priced but not too bad. So it was a decent shopping experience, but they should do away with the 20% off signs because they are an illusion. By the way, the store in this high end mall has no AC. One of the few times I rushed to pay for my stuff to cool off outside. And it was blistering hot outside, but with a breeze.

This is a huge selection of tourist products with the prices well marked and a minimal amount of pushy salespeople. A handy place to find fun items to take home for yourself or as gifts. They also have a coffee shop. Located by the Convention Center.

We went into Fiesta and they have a lot to offer there when it comes to shopping. The problem is when you check out. They screw you over with the exchange rate if you pay with credit card. The normal exchange rate is $18 pesos for a dollar. When you pay with credit card they won’t let you pay in US dollars they make pay in pesos the exchange rate is $22 pesos for a dollar. If you go there take US dollars or you will get SCREWED.
